Default Jay-Z and Eminem Contribute to Upcoming DJ Hero Game

Jay-Z and Eminem spin a musical game out of 'DJ Hero'

    By Mike Snider, USA TODAY
The upcoming DJ Hero video game just landed two heavy hitters as MCs: Jay-Z and Eminem.

Both rappers are bringing their music to the newest offshoot of Activision's successful $2 billion Guitar Hero franchise. The game, played with a turntable-shaped controller, is due out this fall for PlayStation 3, PS2, Xbox 360 and Wii (no price or rating yet).

    Hmm , Jay-Z endorses a video game.

Theres a shocker. He would endorse dog shit if it made him money.

They dont care about the Pros/Cons of this thing (to be honest neither do i).
Comes as no suprise that some bloke from the Fortune 500 is endorsing what will be the BIGGEST video game this year.

As for old pigeon chest himself, Eminem. He probably cant even turn a console on.
Made more money than i ever will though so...

what does "is the business" mean?

Can we limit the slang used in titles? I don't...understand.

"Is the business" is a term meaning "is great" or "is really good".

    Its the dogs bollocks.
    Its the bees knees.
It the cats pyjamas. (which is my favourite)

so business is a play on the colloquial term "business" to mean "bathroom"

so quite literally, they're saying "is the shit" but in a more "respectable" way?

That's dumb. I hate slang. heh *shakes fist at youngins*

isn't it easier to just say "great"? especially on a message board with people from all different countries/backgrounds? heh, that way you don't have to explain the hip slang to an tired old goth chick.

Dunno about the "bathroom" bit, i never heard that but yeah "its da shit"

Its text slang that i hate. especially when people do it in Forum Posts.
I had this one guy whose post was completely unreadable .
If that makes me an old fart then so be it.

Ah get ya... yes. That does make the whole thing a bit ironic.
Shit meaning good or shit meaning bad.

In this case shit meaning good "the shit" not "the shits" which is bad.
