Default Bassnectar weighs in on Deadmau5 issue (sorta)

Given the timing I'd say this is in response to Deadmau5, though he doesn't go so far as to say so:

Pushing Buttons or Pushing Boundaries by Bassnectar

Notice that unlike Deadmau5, Lorin actually writes like an adult.

Definitely a class act, a hard worker, and both a hell of a DJ and producer.

nice quote: "The problem is when you pretend to do something you aren’t really doing. People crave authenticity, and in EDM today, they are beginning to demand it." BASSNECTAR

Too bad the fame got to his head and now he's just a coked out rockstar who's gone the brostep way.

I think he ment at shows. Not in music videos. Because the whole article was about what a dj does in front of a crowd.

Yes, using a custom music video to prove a point about DJs being lazy on stage does not count.

why are you twisting knobs and playing instruments in a music video? real creative. that's my point.

At least they try to play real instruments... Instead of just pushing knobs.
