What's the secret to infinite knobs or "continuous encoders"?

Oh yeah - that's definitely what I'm looking for. I can assign those 16 to knobs to my EQ and FX easy peasy.

I have the Kore 2 controller mapped for midi in traktor and im trying to set my main jog wheel as the track selector. When I have it set to knob/fader(relative) it only moves within a certain limited range. When it is in encoder, in either option, it is erratic. Can somone please help me with how to make this a true continuous jog wheel so i can scroll through all my tracks without having to touch my computer.
