When i just play them with cds they are very loud but when i turn on my laptop the volume just goes very low for some reason. At this point im still using cds. I have cdj 2000. When i turn my laptop off again the volume goes louder any idea why

Not enough info to say, really. How is your system hooked up? Is there a mixer involved? More than likely, the line outs on the CDJ are much louder than the ones on your laptop headphone jack.

well my cdjs are hooked up to my mixer also got my laptop connected to my mixer and cdjs as well. The connection from the laptop to the mixer is so that i can record and broadcast online
