S4 or Tracktor issue, honestly can't tell...

all the sudden today my system started freaking out a little. First effects wouldn't work (i only run two fx units, single fx), like the buttons would just turn off. Then the crossfader would get messed up and not cut one of it's two channels, also sometimes the cue buttons won't light either.

i rebooted the mac and everything seemed normal but halfway into a mix recording session the fader freaked out again. Anyone have any ideas? I have the latest traktor i think 2.1.2

Latest Traktor is 2.5 however it is quite buggy and many people have not upgraded. Best way to tell if it is a Traktor issue is to disconnect your S4 and see if similar things happen without it.
