Which was huge for me cause I would sleep in for hours. Wikipedia binaural tones.

You know... these tones have been known to be heard in Tiesto's sets....

    Well...yes and no.

It is definitely a choice...sort of. I started this thread as a sort of addict wondering how others cope. I become active at night...I rarely actually have trouble sleeping......since the melatonin. I just DONT initiate the process. I become creatively and mentally active at night...staying up until the wee hours.

I've not stopped the melatonin nor will I...unless I want to stay up tossing, turning and THINKING all night...which is why I started taking them in the 1st place.

but I digress...for now I initiate the sleep process (11:27 PM PST)

was just looking up a bunch of sleep related stuff and found that.

also this, thought this was pretty cool considering a lot of us are musicians of the night
