Why in the world would you want the added responsibility of becoming a moderator? I am thinking that someone is going to let the power go to his head and become that overzealous type LOL Seriously being a moderator is a tough job, and it is just that a job...it is a responsibility that not everyone can handle because in addition to moderating others you must constantly moderate your own behavior and make sure you are leading by example.
