    DJ gang 'used stolen credit cards to buy their OWN music on iTunes then pocketed £200,000 in royalties'



    A gang of DJs used stolen credit cards to buy their own music on iTunes in a scam that netted about £200,000 in bogus royalties, police said today.

    Nine people were arrested after detectives raided properties in London and the Midlands as part of an international operation.

    The arrests follow a joint investigation with the FBI that began in February...

    My mate mentioned this at my gig on friday but he didnt have many details and i got too pissed to remember .

    I had my credit card skimmed a few months back and the fuckers bought Kitchen Appliances . If it had been spent on this id have been more impressed with their ingenuity ...

    Credit card theft is BAD and stealing is BAD but you have to hand it to the gang, its pretty clever... well everything apart from the getting caught bit...


    Can you imagine, you get your monthly bill and theres an iTunes Debit of 200euros on some albums youve never heard of by some crap UK rappers !!!

    What would be totally ironic is that the songs on the album were all about ripping iTunes off.
    How would that rap go i wonder ???
