What is moombahton, and is it the next "dubstep"
I'm tired of this forum. I mean, have you ever heard of google ?
Roughly : 110/112 BPM electro with a raggaeton drum patern.
And moombahton/moombahcore has been around for a while now. It won't be the next "dubstep" since by essence, the drum patern is limitated and track become easily redundant/unoriginal.
It's still a good thing to make the girls shake they ass on the dancefloor, hence bringing men too because they're just followers.
I will actually slap you if you ask again if it's the next dubstep. What kind of daft question is that?

I hear an 8hz sinewave can make a whole room of dubstep producers simultaneously stroke their beards.
Even if they havnt got one.
110.fm and moombahplus are good sites to check out if you are interested.
music done at 110bpm with a reggae percussion and a dutch influence for the main sounds.
Moombahcore is less dutch house sounding.
Look up Dillon Francis, Nadastrom, and Munchi to start you off.

No joke, this genre makes me all fighty when it comes on at the bar. As in, I get all angry and aggressive and need to go outside for a smoke. Don't know why, it just does. This and Justin Beaver.

Also, what's up with jumping down someone's throat for asking a question? This forum was built on a quest for digital dj info, let's be courteous to others trying to learn more about the art.
Also for the OP, check out soundcloud and search moombahton, you'll find some cool stuff.
