    Default Vans Warped Tour

So I went to the vans warped tour in atlanta yesterday to check out some bands.

I had a really good time had fun in the pits and everything.

But the experience I had their just gave me more inspiration to go back home and practice.

Do any of you guys do that like listen to different genre's of what you are used to playing, to give you inspiration.

it sure did help me especially family force 5 them dudes is amazing if you haven't heard of them you should really check them out.

I think its important to listen to different genres they really all have something different to offer that might help you increase your game in your own genre.

I used to really be into extreme metal (Emperor, Nile, Morbid Angel) but have kind of fallen out of it. My co-workers are shocked I DJ this heavy industrial shit.

It's not the most accessible stuff. If you're really into hip-hop check out SMP and Stromkern, some of my favorites.

Mainly my tastes range toward: Skinny Puppy, Nitzer Ebb, 16Volt, Praga Khan, Ego Likeness, Terrorfakt, This Morn Omina, Chemlab, Cyanotic, Rabbit Junk...

I listen to weird shit. Wait til you hear what I throw on the mix for this thing. If I get left off where I want it's gonna be fuckin weird... heh

w00h! Praga Kahn still in business?

Damn.... Used to be into Cannibal Corpse, Anthrax, Deicide, Slayer, Mötörhead and much more... Thought I was one of the view here.

Cool to hear I was wrong!
