Studio headphone: Sennheiser HD25-II or KRK KNS8400? Which and why?

I just called the dealership back (as the HD25s) had already arrived and he STRONGLY recommended the:

"Audio-Tehcnica ATH-M50 Professional Studio Monitor Headphones"

For the studio everyone raves about these, well over non-neutral cans like HD25s or TMA1s. If I was getting seriously into producing I'd get these in a heartbeat ... I might get them anyway; they're only $133 on amazon and they have them in white! The TMA studios will be cool but they'll be bass heavy like their DJ headphones, or at least that's what the reviews are saying.

I just got the sennheiser 280's, comfy as fuck and a pretty neutral tone, didnt cost a bomb, what else do you want?
