Ableton problem

So I just got Ableton a day or so ago, and saved my first live set today, but when i opened it up, i could not hear any sound from using the keyboard. I can still play and hear my track, but when i try to use my keyboard as a midi controller, i cant hear any sounds. I know the keyboard is registering because i can still change octaves with z and x. If it isnt clear already, i can hear sounds from using my keyboard when i dont have a live set loaded, but when i do, i cant. Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated!

If Live is open, there is a live set open. Just click the record arm button.

Make sure your velocity on your sound is up.
