Visual DJing

im a complete beginner at this so i was hoping for some one to point me in the direction of some good software to create a visual dj mix. ive already got ableton live 8 and im in need of another program which i can edit video, transitions etc and run simultaneously using a midi controller to trigger the clips.

some tips on how to mix videos in ableton would help a lot aswel.
