traxsource, traktor, itunes, and the comments section

So I only just started using Traxsource. I downloaded some tracks, and went about my normal prep workflow... drag new tracks into a itunes prep list, alter my comment fields accordingly, star rate, and then update my actual playlists in itunes, and import the itunes playlists into my traktor playlists.
The issue I ran into is that my comments fields randomly didn't update. Have any of you guys ran into issues like this?

Did you quit iTunes in case the underlying xml file was not updated? Never seen that problem myself.
