Default Which soundcard? Echo Indigo DJX or Audio4

    Hello People,

I'm debating weather to get an Echo Indigo DJX or an Audio4. I got rid of my Conectiv TCV set and now I'm without a soundcard. I'm using Vista64 and I don't even think the Audio4 would work. I like the DJX because it frees up a USB port and clears some workspace.

Should I save my money and just get a Numark DJIO? Reliable?? any other soundcards recommended? I've watched Ean's breakdown of cards with the NIO as well. Thanks!

I would go for the audio 4, but if you want to free up the usb port get the DJx

Yeah, the DJx would make the VCI-100 seem like it had a built-in card. But I'm looking down the road also, and if I like a new notebook/netbook, it would need an express slot. USB is a given. Damn choices.

It cool meeting you yesterday JesC!

The audio 4 should be supported by vista. I would double check with the NI site.

yeah man, it was kool meeting you, too. Thanks for hooking it up with the Axiom
