Please give me the answer, when I obtain the goods purchased by me?

Oh dear. Must have been an issue with shipment, quite possible your email is getting sent to junk or something of the like. I've had that happen to me before.
I will hit up the admins (Bentosan) and hopefully solve this problem. I would say that you didnt choose the best thread title tho. Prhaps something mroe fitting to what actually happened would have been better.

And yeah, obviously it's not DJTT's fault, I've ordered bunch of stuff before without issues...
Unless you ordered something that was out of stock and they are waiting to complete your order?
(would be weird they didn't contact you tough...)

Can you please PM me the email that your emails were addressed to so i can look into why you didnt recieve an email from us.
We reply to anybody and everybody who emails though and emails to do with orders is definantly on the very top of the priority list.
We had some technical problems with one of our emails but that has been fixed and we still managed to get a reply out to everyone who was affected by this. I apologise that your emails have fallen though the gaps but ill do the best i can to make sure this gets seen to promptly.

Hey Septique,
we totally understand your frustration- its a bummer to wait for things in the mail that seem to never come. Especially when you think your not getting responded to.
I went back and checked our orders emails and found your message.I show we did send you a message last week about the order so you may want to check your spam inbox. Sorry for the confusion- but I will send you more info via email and make sure we get you hooked up with a sweet deal for the delay.
