The main difference is the F1 is built just for the remix decks, it controls them better than anything however you can't really use it for anything else. You can map it to do other things, but it's not really a great controller for anything other than the remix decks.

The MF controls the remix decks pretty good, but you can also use it for a lot of other things.

The MF is probably a better value because it can be used for more things and it's the same price. However, if you ONLY want to use the remix decks, than I guess an F1 is a better choice.

IMHO, the F1 should only cost $100, that's about what it's worth.

3D can work with MIDI and HID at the same time which I'm not sure about F1.

I use the F1 pads for cue points, and the faders for effects, so to me, the F1 has much more bang for buck than the F1.

Both units are cool tho. It's all about how creative you can go with your mappings

That is so far from true as it can be. You can map the F1 to just about anything the MF 3D can do except from movement futures and the F1 way more controlls. The F1 is not an only remix deck controller you can map everything on it to whatever you want it every button fader and knob are midi and well as hid just can't send midi and hid at the same time.
