    Default Customs

Hey my vci has finally arrived in the uk from DJTT and whilst I was expecting some customs charges I wasn't read for the 70 quid (uk) they want! Anything I can do about it? Somehow lower the price? And hate to ask but what will happen of I refuse? Wil djtt get it back or will it just be discarded? Cheers guys!

Afaik there is nothing you can do about it.

Not sure what will happen if you refuse to pay it, doubt it will be returned to djtt, since you already paid for the item and shipping they will most likely just hold it.

In future when ordering from the store mail in and get them to mark it as a gift, this way you can avoid taxes. We only do this on users requests as if anything goes sour (not that it ever has) its the user is the one who has to deal with customs.

problem with "gifts" is that insurance doesn't always apply.
