Default Vestax hardware and Windows 7

    Hi there,

    I use a VCM-600 on a HP dv6-1523 with Traktor Pro.
I made a big mapping when i was on Windows XP on an old PC and all was fine.

I installed Traktor Pro on this HP with Vista. All was fine except my latency was too high, and it was only to try it, i am not a big fan of Vista.

So i made a dual boot, with Windows 7 32 bits, especially for Traktor Pro.

All is ok, all is working fine except the leds : in the first minutes of my set, all is ok but more time is going, more the latency of the led is big. For example, the led of PLAY A, if i press PLAY the led switch on after 30 secondes, and so on... If i make a set of 1 hour, the delay is about 2 minutes ! This is only an output problem, the track plays in the first ms.

    I know VCM-600 doesn't support 64 bits, but i am on Windows 7 32 bits.

Anyone experience this, with VCM-600 or any Vestax's hardware, like your famous VCI-100 ?

And is there any drivers available somewhere for theses units ?
Vestax site or support doesn't help, they never answer.

    Thanks for your help.

You can map all you want. Channels 1 to 4 are for decks, 5&6 for advanced fx, effects section for chained fx, tempo section well... for tempo section !
I use it with a korg padkontrol (for hotkeys and advanced browsing).

Anyone for my initial post ?

at work we are windows certified and were told "ultimate" 7 was rock solid &got it, but i too found a bug. when you hit to eject removable disks the software will tell "safe to remove" but the hardware still runs with in, so careful removing flash drives, etc.. - kinda screwed one of mine up.
