    no but seriously, just follow the trail.

    find an artist you like and look at the labels they are on then look at those artists

    rinse and repeat.

    good call fox, i learned about tunes through getting compilations, then looking for the tunes that i liked off those discs, then looking on the labels for similar artists.

    that works too but i find compilations to be generally shit/mainstream. but i guess if u find ones u like then all the moar power to ya. the only real comps. we get are MoS... fael

    Find good funk/house DJ's you like, find tracklistings for their live sets and then dig from there.

    A lot of those are more downtempo/breakbeat labels aren't they K?

    ie - Ninja Tunes, Quantic, Jazzanova, Tru Thoughts.
