    Ah Danke dir.

Schaumstoff is included. Could be the right one.

    It's just a bit pricey.

    Anyone knows other options?

    kein problem

dont think it's that pricey, 50 bucks to protect a 400+€ controller is it worth and i will def. pick one case up, when i hopefully get one of the next vci SEs.
karlos made a pretty positive review here as well..

    I'm a cheapskate

Even my VCI-100 was b-stock (dunno if there really is a word to express B-Ware in English).

    I want a soft bag.
The one I saw had foam which helps countering vibration in the club which leads to the VCI's platters react to it.

Currently I carry the VCI either in my IBM rucksack together with the notebook or in a cheap Technics recordbag which doesn't protect it enough.
