Default VCI- 100 Custom Overlay (Styleflip)

This are some pictures of the overlay I ordered to Styleflip. The final product was a sticker (not hard as the DJtechtools overlay) which was divided on 3 sections, making it very hard to install. Each section was thought for the original VCI top and btm metal plates, and for the main body, but as underneath I was using a DJ techtools black overlay those metals were gone, so the instalation was even harder.

I like it but I think I willl be returning to the DjTT black overlay soon. This one makes the Vci look toyish... The cool thing though is that they send you the stickers for the jogwheels also. You need to adjust the sensitivity to get them to work.

Here as some pics and a small 20 min vid using it.

I assume you can but it has to be a good quality pic if not the final result might be bad. There is an online GUI used to design the overlay on the styleflip site.

The quality of the overlays is quite crappy - we looked at using flipstyle for our official overlays but we wernt happy with the quality and so we kept on looking.

Its pretty awesome that you can get anything you want printed on one though.

Yes totally true, is more like a sticker than an overlay. I am sure that it wont last long also... It seems that it will tear off quickly. I just wanted to check out their products but as they make a general product (the sticker) and it is cut for the device chosed it is not a real overlay thought for the VCI as the DJTT overlay is.
Defently the DJTT overlay is the way to go! It will last long, will protect your vci and it has some serious thought on it. On the other hand printing your own design is a cool thing.
