    Default 90bpm -- 128bpm

Hi I want to remix a song which is originally 90bpm at a house tempo. 125-128.
Is it possible to do without ruining the flow of the vocals?
    Thanks.

You're probably not going to get a very good response to this here. I'd try a more producer-oriented forum.

Yes will ruin vocals I'd suggest finding just the vocals and build from that pitching anything that much will ruin the flow

I've heard quite a bit of hip hop songs and top 40 songs in that range remixed.

    128 / 2 = 64
    64/2 = 32

    64+32 = 96

Rihanna Diamonds is a good example. It's 94 bpm, tons of remixes out there.

Come to think of it, I think Adele Rolling in the deep was also originally in the 90's range.

There's more involved then just pitching up the vocals to make it sound good and if you have an acapella things change though since can cut and splice and do it in time and beat to whatever bpm you want
