    Default FedEx issues

    well here it is cyber monday. i have a coupon code
    and i have some $$$ left over
    but i cant get into the store to place an order.

    ok here is a new switch on things

    Fedex wont deliver my package because they say the name on the package isnt the name its being delieverd to

    its also not my username here
    its not my email address here
    its not my store.djtechtools.com email address

    funny thing.. i purchased it with my credit card which has my name on it

    i cant get into the store here because its not working so i cant give them a tracking number so the driver can be told to deliever it anyway

    so now what do i do?
    i need a call at this point because i wont be near a computer for the next 5 hours

    Your best bet is to contact support as this is just the forum.

    support
    open a ticket
    store

    all not working
    and i cant call them for the next 2.5 hours either
    im east coast, they are west coast
    fedex already told me whats what on their end with the delivery

    That's strange, it's all working for me. Have you tried a different browser?

    found the problem
    its the computer on this specific desk
    must be a network security thing

    never the less:
    the problem i was having with Fedex was completely just the one person i was talking to this morning.
    "She" apparently doesnt know what she's supposed to know to adequately do her job.

    All the things she told me that were NOT matching, were completely opposite of the second person i spoke to just an hour ago.

    My name is correct
    the business name its going to is correct
    the shipping weight is correct
    the senders name is correct
    the recipient name is correct
    and i nor my wife need to sign for it

    All these things were confirmed when i made the second call

    during the first call, none of these were true (according to the rep)

    When i called to tell me wife when its arriving, she belted out "YOUR STUFF IS HERE! YEAY!!!"

    haha
    ok.... situation averted..... tonight we plug and play (not with my wife however)
