So you could have two decks running on traktor and then have the maschine running at the same time?

Sure - four decks and as many Maschines as you want.

I'm currently thinking of upgrading my set up, and this is why i asked. I'm a fanatic of traktor and the Z2 looks asome, however, it doesn't convince me enough as i like using 4 channels, but it was designed to have 2 and the remix decks. Any suggestion?

You can use four track decks with the Z2, but only two will have the EQ/filter section and line faders (as opposed to rotary pots) in the default mapping.

People love the DB4, but with that you're looking at significantly higher cost.

whats the deference between the pioneer DJM-900 nexus and the DB4? they are more or less the same price, so whu do people prefer the DB4?? and the cost is just a bit significant (irony) LOL
