A Traktor Scratch Pro 1.1 serial will entiltle you to update to 1.2.7 without having to pay any extra.
To upgrade to TSP 2.6 you'll have to pay for the upgrade from TSP 1 to TSP 2 first.
Good luck finding it on their website I dunno if it's still available but as a TSP1 owner I bought a software upgrade to TSP2 after they sent me an offer via email.
If you've not got timecodes already then you can buy the Traktor Scratch (2) software and timecode kit.
