    Default Firewire?

I have a Korg Zero 4 which i use with Traktor & Denon 3700s hooked up to a Macbook pro with the firewire.. If i buy a new Mac without firewire doese that mean i have to use the Audio 8?

The new macs have a thunderbolt port, and I think Apple now sells a Thunderbolt to Firewire adapter for like $40. So you'll be able to use your Korg's soundcard if all goes well.

Thats good news. The MBP is still fine but we are getting a Imac & i thought it would be nice if i could use that too but i don't really want the extra cables. Thanks for the quick reply.
