What are party breaks for?

Hey guys I'm signed up with the record pool DjCity and there's occasionally party breaks in the listing of new tracks. What's their purpose?

never listened to these cds before but i would say party breaks are things like krafty kuts stanton warriors plump djs, no ??

Party break = bathroom break.

Also, you can throw one up and strike the hiphop equivalent of the j-pose... not sure what that is exactly but I'm sure somebody can come up with something. Probably some combination of "bob head" and "record look at."
