Exclamation Problem with new firmware update for 2.1 Please help!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get this problem taken care of for weeks but no body at DJTT has been able to help and i just get the run around when I call. I think the problem is that the revision ID is "0x0500" I am not sure how i managed to get there but I am unable to get it to "0x0600" or "0x0200". The controller also does not show up in traktor. I have imported maps and made sure the in and out ports are set to the VCI. The audio out for master and monitor are not connected and it doesn't give me the option for anything else. Please help!!!!!!

    B) What are you connecting it to?

    C) Are you using a USB HUB?

    D) Is the HUB Powered? (plug in wall or just usb to computer only)

    E) What mapping are you trying to use? (link)

    F) What OTHER controllers / midi devices do you have connected?

    you using Traktor Pro 2.6?

When you imported the TSI into traktor
did you use the BIG IMPORT button at the bottom,
Import it Twice (DONT FORGOT TO IMPORT IT TWICE)

then once its imported a second time, select your IN OUT ports
    then close traktor
and reopen traktor while the MF is plugged into the computer directly.

    ----------------------

I have spoken to Beaubryte and its common for Traktor Pro 2.6 to have a bug when...
    say you shut things down
    then restart the machine
    open traktor
sometimes youll notice that the CUSTOM MAPPING you were using, is not working correctly.
What you should do at that point is go to the listing of mappings you have
DELETE the custom one you are having trouble with
shut down traktor (in this case)
    open the MF utility
Re-Flash the setup file to your MF in the utility (im not talking about reupdating the firmware) Just import that file again

Then open traktor after closing the utility
Remember you DELETED the TSI mapping?
Now import it twice again just like originally done.

This doesnt sound like yuo have a firmware issue,
it sounds like a traktor + windows issue
