Wut? Mixing tracks is the most enjoyable part about Dj'ing even as a bedroom DJ. It feels so rewarding to make 2 tracks blend seamlessly together to form a complete new track.

So why the hell do I need a computer program to do it for me!!!

Mixing is what makes what I do FUN!

If a piece of software mixing is on par with yours you need to step up your game

The whole point is.... I feel like DJ'ing is a misunderstood art form.

Well thanks to mainstream media it looks like being a superstar DJ is the new thing.

But I love this art and the only people who stick around will be the ones who understand how precious and rewarding this truly is when you can express you're self in such a unique way.

I agree for the most part. Some people understand it though. My friend recently had a little get together where there was turntables and a mixer. I ended up DJing for quite a while and of course a bunch of girls were like do this play this blah blah blah. So I just told a few of them to play it themselves. Needless to say, after a few minutes of attempting to 'mix,' they had a new respect for the art.

OP - to clarify my previous comment, this is aimed at the car audio market. If you can mix while you drive, more power to you. Aside from that, the material makes it look just like the auto-crossfade/cruise BS that's been in iTunes/Traktor for years, with MAYBE an echo freeze or something thrown over the top. I can just about guarantee it's going to sound JUST as mediocre as those, but with a higher price tag 'cause... Pioneer.

    TL;DR - I ain't mad at it.

Umm...did anyone listen to it? I'm not sure I would use the feature even if I wanted to hear music mixed while driving. It's awful.

    nope.

If a dj can't compete with an auto-mix program that works with (on the fly or predefined) playlists, he or she is doing it wrong.
