Some input on what you're trying to achieve? Map both from scratch? Look for existing mappings? Adjustment of the two maps?

    Default ddj-t1

When the midi fighter is plugged in, I no longer have access to the features of the mixer of my ddj - t1

Midifighter uses channel 3 and T1 uses multiple channels from 1-4 or 5 (don't recall exactly). You should re-map your midifighter for any of channels that T1 doesn't use.
