Buttom mapping problems with Numark Mixtrack Pro and Traktor Pro

Hello all!

I recently purchased a Numark Mixtrack Pro to go with Traktor Pro. All is well, except for the button mappings for the 6 Hot Cue Buttons (Decks A&B) along with the 'Delete' buttons next to them. They simply don't do anything!

I have tried to change the mappings for just these buttons, but can't figure out the names assigned to each one in the Numark default midi. Does anyone know the 'control' these 8 buttons are mapped to, so that I can change their function?

In Traktor, the hot cue buttons should be mapped to EQ kills by default
