What do you think about this laptop?

I wouldn't risk buying a Windows laptop that comes with only USB 3.0 ports unless you can 100% confirm that the specific laptop model works with your sound card.

That's what I've been trying to get at :P

I might actually buy this one. Ebay is running an epic daily deal on a 3TB external for like 110 bucks i might get to go with it ha!

I'm going to have to burst your bubble again here...the specs don't mention the USB version at all, although one of the reviewers says that "USB 3 is too cool for words" -- so it looks like 3.0s again.

Specs say 2x USB 2.0 and 2x USB 3.0, they're just a little hard to find.

plus i see in the galley, 2 blue usb inputs and 2 black inputs. Suppose one is the 3.0

Really am looking at getting this one. Decided to dial the budget back, get an external hard drive with it and start looking at PAs

All I have currently is Mixtrack pro with soundcard built in(doubt it will be a prob), Kontrol F1 and launchpad for my set up. Believe my desktop is all 2.0's though but with the mix of the 2/3.0 the Lenovo should be fine. The $300 off on the lenovo ends at the end of the day however.

FYI the 8560P (the 15.4" screen version) has 3x USB 2.0 and 2x USB 3.0....as well as a ESATA connection and a seperate Firewire connection
