major problem for the last 5 months with traktor scratch pro

ok im currently using the latest version of this software and have no clue how to fix it. ive read around 20-40 problems on google search and still cant figure this out
what im doing is this.
while in vinyl mode the pitch does not move and is stuck at the -8 or the +8 on the screeen like its in internal mode.
ive tried the double click method to reset it and still wont go back to 0 on the traktor program while in vinyl mode. i even checked the technics to see if its off but when i play my records at 0 on the technics the traktor program keeps showing -8 or +8 which can get annoying at times when at home and my friends are like your playing the record too fast or too slow.
i dont know where to look under in settings. ive looked under every setting around 50 times
