    Default VCI 400 into a DJM 900 Nexus....upcoming gig...

Hey guys, quick question and sorry if this is basic...but...

I've an upcoming gig and I'm using my VCI 400 out for the first time in a club. They have a DJM 900 Nexus installed and looks like I'm going to have to go from my VCI 400 into this.

Which is the best way? My outputs are 1/4 jack and XLR. I know it's better to just go straight into the clubs system, but not easy to do between other DJ's preforming.

    Thanks in advance

probably 1/4inch jack out and into one of the unused inputs of the mixer. so you will need a 1/4inch jack to phono adapter of some sort, these are pretty cheap and easily got

rca master out from your vci to a channel rca in on the djm 900 is probably the easiest cable to get, but dont buy the cheapeast, remember to maintain soundquality.

The VCI 400 doesn't have RCA outputs. Best would be using the (presumably) unbalanced 1/4 inch outputs and getting some cables like this:
