The 3 ft. power cord that comes with the VCI 400 makes me very sad. Does anyone know where to get a longer one?

it should be long enough because they dont expect you to just plug it into the wall.
Any equipment like this should be plugged into a power strip close to your equipment setup.
and its GOT to have a decent surge suppression built in.
Just passing my two cents my man.
Besides: the longer the cord, the more chance you have of
Ground noise
interferance of other equipment
crosstalk

Just check the specs on the back of the 400 and the adapter and I think it is 7.5v not 100 percent sure. Go to local electronics store and ask them for one
