I'm not entirely sure what he was trying to get across in that article, but what I do know is that he mentioned things I've not heard spoken of in years (and...better left that way); Lady Sovereign? Las ketchup? Jeeeeeeeez.
The only thing I picked up is where this term "future garage" might come from, as I noticed Au Seve has a pretty garage-y bassline to it. But in all honesty, I've not really heard this material before. No idea how big it's meant to be/become.
