Great stuff on 8bit. Last that I've heard is Neil Landstrumm • Bambaataa Eats His Breakfast.

i once was emplyed as a stuff of festival that was oriented on hot new electronic and generaly weird music. Chiptunes had their own stage and performers were mostly from US (Bubblyfish, Bit Shifter, Nullsleep just from the top of my head). Their Gameboy music was stunning, i loved that...

Its called living the dream my man and having the luxury to do what you love for a living ("spare time" as it's known to many is also what the artist calls "life")

this is some crazy stuff. never really checked into the 8bit scene, but have heard some 8bit-influenced stuff before. i think it takes a lot of musicianship to make this kind of music. not just music you can really throw 3 chords onto and have a song. there's a lot of actual writing that goes into this i feel like. i'd definitely go to an 8bit night.
