Default DJM T1 and Z2 questions

Hey I have been reading up on the Z2 mixer and was gonna buy it but I saw the DJM T1. My main thing is I only have one 1200 at home, and the z2 supposedly only works in internal mode with tracks coming straight with traktor. I don't really wanna pay mixer price for a controller so can someone hopefully debunk this?

Both mixers can work in External or Internal mode. The Z2 channels will always be in Internal mode when connected to Traktor.

It does mean that your fader movements will be more in time with changes on the platter, as they're all handled by the software simultaneously.

Yeah but I don't like to mix internally because I try to take as much load off of traktor as I can. Obviously there will always be just the slightest amount of latency in traktor, why not eliminate all that you can.

The fader latency actually makes the dvs system feel tighter. The fader and timecode have equal latency which makes it feel as if there is less latency; as oppose to the latency of the faders being less than the timecode making the lag of the signal more noticeable. Internal mixing isn't really going to put a strain on any halfway decent computer released recently.
