Samplr is SUPER powerful stuff. Surprised there haven't been more "routine" style vids featuring it. I've gone into iFile and copied/pasted all the audio files from iMpc and Launchpad into Samplr's default library to give me a bunch of good sample content to twist up.

It is good but it's only midi connective not standalone and its very costly yet has same features to touch Osc but much more ability

It's way more powerful than TOSC, depends on your needs if the pricetag is justified or not.

TouchOSC w/ Live Control is really cool, if only they could implement a browser!

Anyone tried the DJ Player app w/ class compliant MIDI controllers? I wonder if iPad Traktor will support controllers in the future?

I use djay and Traktor DJ personally, didn't really get on with DJ Player though it has a lot of potential.

    Production apps:

    - Beatmaker 2
    - Grarageband
    - Animoog
    - Sunrizer
    - iKaossilator
    - Figure
    - Samplr

It's really too bad that both the iMPC and traktor Dj are incompatible with audiobus

I really wish I could find some ipad apps that were actually worth using for production

I really like touchable as an app and it is very well thought out, better than lemur for controlling ableton... However I just don't find myself using it or any of the other ipad apps I've bought. I just don't think touch screen interfaces and anything I've used are really that great in practice, which is a shame since I want them to be.
