I think that's "minimal house"... no real melodies, no pads... no real anything tbh. Too fast to be Deep House I think.

If you take Genres to their enth degree, you end up with everything sounding the same, which is shit and boxes in artists and leaves less room to experiment.

One thing I'm glad of is that within Deep House there is quite a variation. Tech House can be quite samey between tracks.

Electro is just an abomination and seems to bear no relation to the original Electro, which had some phenomenal tracks.
