Default URGENT: Traktor recorded audio's not playing in any media software

I don't know why this is happening, but for some reason every single recorded audio piece plays for 5-10 seconds on windows media player/itunes/VLC/whatever, and then it stops and an error message comes up. On Windows Media Player it says that the it has encountered a problem while playing the file.

I tried playing my recorded audio piece on 2 different computers and the same error message pops up, so it has to be an issue within Traktor, any ideas??

This is a huge problem since I upload my mixes on a weekly basis and now none of my recorded works are able to play correctly.

    EDIT:

All my audio drivers are up to date.

Did you end the recordings manually (pressing the Record button to stop)?

What size are the recorded files? And what filepath is listed in the Mix Recorder settings?

Yes, I ended the recording by pressing the rec button. Now all my future recordings aren't working properly.

The size of the files range from 20-30 mb, and the file path is music > traktor > recordings

I didn't change any of the settings and everything was working perfectly fine until now.

Have you tried opening your recordings in a program like Audacity or Goldwave? If they open correctly (or at all), a screenshot of the waveform would be helpful.

20-30mb seems tiny for a mix, so it seems like the whole thing isn't there. How much free space do you have on your hd where you're saving the files?

Maybe you wrote this wrong, but that doesnt seem right.....might not be your problem, but 20-30 MB would be like a 3 min recording and I'm assuming your recordings are much longer then that

Traktor records using WAV at (usually) 44100Hz, 16bit stereo.

    So (44100 x 16 x 60 x 2) / 8 gives you 10584000 bytes per minute, or almost exactly 10 MB.
