Just go to a club that plays the same genre as you and give the manager a mixtape and if he likes it you will get booked. Pretty simple stuff

Just go to the clubs that you enjoy going to and give the manager your mix and talk to the resident dj's. You're over 18 right?

Joining or forming a group/society can help your chances significantly. If you can offer to put on a whole night for a club they're much more likely to be interested.

Network with other local djs. It's gonna be tough starting out with your own productions, approach cafes and lounges or other spots that don't have a top 40 crowd and see about getting a night.

It's been my experience that if you get your name and your mixes out there, gigs will come to you.

I'm also gonna share in the concern that you might not be ready for live gigs, given your history on this forum... Do you have any tracks or mixes that we can listen to? How much music do you have, and how do you plan to perform it?
