Default Jog wheels - VCI 100

    Hi Guys

Thanks for all the help on the weekend with my issues with Traktor pro and VCI using Vista - but i still have one problem

For some reason the sensitivity on both jog wheels in vinyl mode arent as responsive as they were when using T3 LE !

I have turned the screws at the back up to max and it hasnt made a difference when touching the black part of the jog wheel - but the outer part got extremely sensitive!

Im not sure if this is how TP is supposed to work but when i am mixing a track and want to skip back through it whilst its playing i have to literally spin the jog wheel as fast as i possibly can ! If the track isnt playing it skips back normally !

Any help with this would be great and i am hoping its the norm with TP using Vista other than something wrong with my VCI!

Next week i should have my MBP so all the problems i have been having should disappear.

    Cheers

    Luke

It's the MIDI mapping in TPro, not the OS or the sensitivity screw.

    Ok!

Where can I get better mapping from?

Check out my latest mapping in the controllers section (Moonie 4 deck).

But before you do, have you tried with and without the vinyl light on ? On my mapping, and I assume others too, it changes the speed at which you skip through the track.

Yeah i have tried that moonie, it makes them less sensitive!

I think what i need to do is buy the newest firmware and i will check out your new mapping now!

Im guessing its quite easy to download etc ?

(i am a newbie still and really want to learn as much as possible about midi controllers and firmware / mapping etc - is there any decent tutorials ?)
