Traktor Pro 2 Problem - Hercules Steel Right Jogwheel Stopped Working

Hello everyone!
I'm officially in despair!
I have a hercules control steel and traktor pro 2.
Everything was running excellent until this morning.
The right jogwheel stopped working.All the other controls are fine.
I reinstalled the drivers, tried to see if midi was responding but the jog wheel did not worked.I left it and then, i tried again the afternoon and all of a sudden it worked fine!
So, i wanted to make sure that everything was alright.I shut down and restarted traktor and then again the right jogwheel wasn't responding.

ANY KIND OF ADVICE AND HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

If MIDI isn't sent I'd open the unit and make sure that jog wheel don't lose contact. You still under the warranty?

No it's not under warranty!
I've taken out the jog but how can i make sure whether it makes contact or not?
I would also have to say that the day before yesterday morning it worked without me doing anything.
But from that night until today it is still not working.

Are the jog wheels solider right on board or you got them connected with cables? Try replacing right jog on the left side and vice versa to make sure if jog isn't broken. But now when you say it worked by itself alone there might be bigger chance for jog being defective...
