    Default Mixdeck Hot cues

    Is it possible to set hot cues in a program like Serato or Traktor on my mp3 tracks, put them on a flash drive, the use the hot cues I assigned on a unit like my mixdeck WITHOUT software.

    Nope. You still need a software where your cues were set in first place.
