Default Lights Over Canada - new canadian art/music blog

Hey guys just wanted to let you know about my latest project, Lights Over Canada. Lights Over is a blog that I created for the soul purpose of shining the spotlight exclusively on Canadian musicians, djs, filmmakers and visuals artists with a primary focus on up-and-comers and the underground.

I find many Canadian's natural impulse is to look outside of our own backyard to discover new talent rather than prop up our own nation's creative brothers and sisters. My hope is that this blog will fill that void by catering to a niche that may often times gets overlooked in favour of artists around the globe. The Canadian creative community is flourishing more than ever, come see what we have been busy doing!

Hey guys just wanted to spread the word about Lights Over some more, it's updated for December with a whole bunch of fantastic new material created exclusively by Canadian musicians in Electronic Dance Music and HipHop.

Things are beginning to pickup for the Lights Over bog with support from a who's who of movers and shakers in the Canadian art/music scene including Robb G, Mat the Alien, NROTB, Laberge, Flatland Funk, Scratch Bastid, The Extremities, Jay Wikid, Vangel, Dinkbridge, Animal Nation, 5&1/4 Records and Solid Bump Records to name a few!

I also want to put the word out to any Canadian musician/djs on DJTT that if you would like your material posted on the website, you can forward your promos to the email addy listed on the blog. I look forward to hearing from you!
