I concur with that. For home DJ use, I've always enjoyed my home floor standing speakers over any rockits or other near-field monitors. I get more of a "club sound" from them than any pair of monitors, and it just makes it more fun. No it's not the super flat response, but in the end, I like the colored sound they give better. It's more fun.
