Probably had different people put genre tags on each of those releases... I don't know man I could entertain arguments for this track being either techno or tech house. It'd be one thing if a song was labeled Hip Hop on one release and DnB on another, but this just doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Genre's are a guideline not a boundary, don't get your panties in a ta-wist.
Genres matter to the point where you don't play DnB when you're supposed to play deep house. Techno and tech house are so close anyway, producers never go "hmm, I shouldn't do that cos the song will then become techno instead of tech house"
