    Default VCI-100SE + traktor help

i got my VCI-100 SE about 4 days ago
and i've gotten various different traktor programs

i plugged in at first and traktor wasn't responding at all with the vci-100se
finally i figured that problem out
and now when i try to make it work
    the program doesn't play music
nothing comes out of the speakers...
but itunes plays music so it's not my computer.

    help on this....?

also i was using a licensed version of traktor scratch pro,
should i not use that with the vci - 100se?
that one however doesn't play music either
and the vci-100se also does not respond with it.

if anyone could send me a link to the traktor i should be using that would be greatly appreciated
and or a forum or answers to help me

    please and thank you (:

Ok - to begin at the beginning

Get a licensed copy of traktor pro if you haven't done already - no one on here will give you a link to a .torrent if they've got an ounce of sense
    Install it
    plug in the vci-100 se
    fire up traktor
go to settings and ensure that the midi device detected (both in and out) have checks against them
set up your soundcard routing in the audio settings area (I'm assuming you either have a surround sound card or a specific djing soundcard that has multiple outs)

    Jobs a good'un
